The famous Petrohue River is located 55 kilometers from Puerto Varas. It carries the outflow from Lake Todos los Santos, runs through a glacier valley and flows into Reloncaví Sound.

FLY FISHING SCHOOL

Located 1 hour from Puerto Varas, the Orvis School operates on a 1000-hectare livestock and forestry farm. They are three artificial lagoons fed by a river that crosses the field. It works with 4 fully equipped cabins for 8, 6 and 4 fishermen and a barbecue area with a chef for 60 people.

GUIDED TRIPS: Puelo Trip

The river is located 145 kilometers from Puerto Varas. It flows from Lake Puelo in Argentina through fertile valleys in Chile and on to the Reloncavi estuary. The landscape of the riverside is very interesting. There are a few villagers who live in very rustic conditions and are descendants of settlers who arrived in the 19th century.

“We had such a great time. Everything went over smoothly and our guide was very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They really exceeded my expectations. I know I'll be back for sure!”

“Amazing trip; Great whitewater, food, and awesome guides. We had an excellent trip. Big group, but easily accommodated by Thrillz Co. The food was amazing, the weather was perfect, and the rafting was fun”
